Rehydrate after your workout with the instant rehydration drink that has phosphates and electrolytes for hydration. Includes 2 g L-glutamine.
Vitamin C: an antioxidant that reduces and repairs oxidative damage caused to tissue and cells after intense activity.
Potassium: increases the uptake of water in the intestines.
Glutamine: helps reduce soreness and stiffness of muscles and aids in muscle recovery. Also acts as a co-transport substrate for the electrolyte sodium.

Every month I will write you a new phase for your workout plan to continue the progression of your training. (you can also make changes to your plan while
you are in the phase)
Are there videos showing me how to do theexercises?
Yes. Every exercise will have a video showing exactly how to do the movement.
Will I get my own meal plan?
Yes. We will calculate how much calories and macronutrients you need to consume per day to reach your goal, you will receive a guided meal plan according to those target calories.
